We use premium Gildan 64000™️ Softstyle unisex tees. They're fitted through the arms and chest to show your gains, with a soft feel and just the right amount of stretch. True to size for a confident gym fit. Size up if you prefer oversized, but most customers choose their regular size.

Our tees best perform when these washing instructions are followed:

1. Wash and dry your tees inside out
2. Use a low temperature and mild soaps
3. Air drying is best. If tumble drying, avoid heavy items like jeans and towels
4. Iron inside out with a low heat and do not iron over prints
