Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you’re looking to return your Apocalypse Club product for whatever reason then we’re here to help.

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of the order being delivered. Please follow the below guidance:

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition including with any tags

  • Items that are returned and are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a refund

  • Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. We do not offer free returns

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

  • We do not offer exchanges—only refunds for eligible returns.

Please note: To keep our returns process fair for all customers, we do not offer exchanges and are unable to accept returns where multiple sizes or colours of the same design have been purchased for comparison purposes. Please check our size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

To initiate a return, you will need to complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email telling us which products you would like to return and why

  • Our customer service team will respond to you with the next steps

  • If you send an item back to us, please remember to keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have processed the return

  • Once your unworn item arrives back to us safely, we'll begin to process the refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete your refund

We cannot be held responsible for the return item between the point of the customer posting it and the item arriving back to us, so please ensure that you keep your proof of postage.
