Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you’re looking to return your Apocalypse Club product we’re here to help.

We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery for orders that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

Please note: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To keep our returns process fair, we do not accept returns where multiple sizes or colours of the same design have been purchased for comparison purposes. Please check our size guide and product details carefully before ordering.

- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including any tags
- Items that are no longer in original condition are not eligible for a refund
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free returns
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- We do not offer exchanges, only refunds for eligible returns

To initiate a return:

- Reply to your order confirmation email with your return request 
- Our customer service team will respond with next steps
- Keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your item
- Once your unworn item arrives back to us safely, we'll process the refund. Please allow up to 7 business days

We cannot be held responsible for return items in transit, so please ensure that you keep your proof of postage.
