- Do you offer worldwide Free Shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers worldwide Free Shipping on all orders over $75.
- When will I receive my order?
Most US orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days, however sometimes our couriers experience small delays that are out of our hands. In these rare scenarios, we really appreciate your patience. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.
- Can I track my order?
Yes orders can be tracked easily on the order confirmation page that you received via email (check your junk if you can't see it and move the email into your inbox). You can also track your order here.
- What do I do if I haven't received my order after the normal delivery time?
Please track your order here and if you can see an estimated delivery date, please be patient while our couriers get your order to you. If the estimated delivery date has already passed, please email our support team via the form on our contact page and we will immediately contact our shipping partners for an update.
- What is the return policy?
We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy for items returned unworn and in their original condition. Please read our returns policy on our returns page.
- What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
As our items are produced in the US, international duties may sometmes be required. Please read the below information relating to your country.
Packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.
We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. - What do I do if I have received a defective order?
Please get in touch with us via the form on our contact page and we will be happy to replace the item.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Once an order has been placed it goes straight to our dispatch team, therefore changes cannot usually be made. The simplest way to resolve this is to re-order the correct items and return the incorrect order once it arrives. You can learn how to do this on our ‘Returns’ page here.
- How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
