  • How much is shipping?

UK and EU standard shipping is £3.42 or FREE for orders over £70 / €70.

Global standard shipping is £7.95 or FREE for orders over £70.

 

  • What are the shipping options?

We offer Standard Delivery, please allow up to 7 business days for this although most orders are delivered within 4 business days. 

 

  • What is the return policy?

We offer a 14 day no hassle return policy. You can read more about this on our returns page.

 

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

As our items are produced locally in our fulfilment centres worldwide, taxes and duties are normally not required. However, please read the below information relating to your country.

 

USA 
Orders below the value of $800 USD will not incur any import tax or duties to the US.

 

COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

As the UK has now left the European Union (EU), orders to countries within the EU will now need to go through customs if the product has been shipped from another country.

 

Please note we cover all taxes and duties for orders shipped to EU countries, so you won't have anything additional to pay after checkout.

 

OTHER DESTINATIONS

The majority of packages will not be liable for customs fees. However, packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. 

We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. You can also visit this duty calculator (https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/) to get an estimate of what you may be charged when the package arrives.

 

  • When will I receive my order?

Most orders arrive within 4 working days but as our products are printed to order please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

 

  • Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked easily by downloading the Shop app which is linked on our order confirmation email. We also offer tracking directly from our site, simply navigate to 'Track My Order' on the footer of our homepage.

 

  • What do I do if I haven't received my order after 7 working days?

Please get in touch with our customer support team via the form on our contact page and we will immediately contact our shipping partners for clarification.

 

  • What do I do if I have received a defective order?

Please get in touch with us via the form on our contact page and we will be happy to replace the item.

 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Once an order has been placed it goes straight to our dispatch team, therefore changes cannot be made. The simplest way to resolve this is to re-order the correct items and return the incorrect order once it arrives. You can learn how to do this on our ‘Returns’ page here.

 

  • Where are you located?

We are based in the UK.

 

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

We work with local production partners across the globe meaning 95% of orders are produced and shipped where our customer is. 

This means:

  • Cheaper shipping costs 
  • Faster delivery times
